The Very Good Guarantee.

Three promises, written narrow enough that you can hold us to them, which is the only kind worth printing.

LATE = FREE SERVICE CALLTHE PRICE IS THE PRICEWARRANTY IN WRITING
The whole guarantee

If we miss the arrival window without calling first, the service call is free. The written price we give you before starting is the price you pay. And every quote comes with our workmanship warranty on paper, without you having to ask for it.

01

Late is free.

You get an arrival window. If we miss it without calling you before it closes, the service call is free. Not a credit toward the work: free.

02

The price is the price.

A firm written number before anything starts, after we have actually seen the job. It doesn’t move because the work took longer than we expected. If we find something genuinely different behind the wall, we stop and re-quote instead of adding it to the invoice.

03

The warranty is in writing.

Every quote comes with our workmanship warranty on paper. A contractor who won’t put a warranty in writing has told you what it’s worth, and we would rather hand you ours before you ask.

What “late is free” covers, exactly

You’re given an arrival window. If we arrive after that window closes and didn’t call you before it closed to move it, you don’t pay the service call or trip fee for that visit. It applies to the service call, not to parts or labor on work you then approve. One call, one window, no argument about it. You tell us and we take it off.

What “the price is the price” means when the job surprises us

It means we stop rather than continue. If we open a wall and find something genuinely different from what we quoted, the work pauses and you get a new number to approve before another dollar is spent. What it doesn’t mean is that we absorb a different job for the old price. It means you’re never told about a change after it has already been billed.

Why the warranty is on the list

Because it’s the item most likely to be vague and most expensive to be vague about. Our workmanship warranty comes in writing with every quote, before you approve anything. If you’re collecting other bids, ask each of them for theirs in writing too. The answers will sort the list for you faster than the prices will.

What none of this replaces

Arizona's Registrar of Contractors runs a complaint process that remains open to you regardless of anything in our paperwork, and the Residential Recovery Fund covers eligible homeowners up to $200,000 per license. Those protections exist because we’re licensed, and no promise on this page overrides them or asks you to waive them.

The fine print, in plain words

Answers, not a brochure.

What counts as "late"?

Arriving after the window you were given closes, without a call before it closed to move it. A plumber who calls at 2:40 to say the 1–3 window is slipping to 4 has kept the promise. One who simply turns up at 4 hasn’t.

Free service call, or free work?

The service call or trip fee for that visit. Not parts, and not labor on work you then approve. We would rather write the narrow version and honor it than the broad version and argue about it.

What does the workmanship warranty actually cover?

Our labor and installation on the work we did. It doesn’t cover manufacturer defects in equipment, which carry their own warranty, and it doesn’t cover a different part of your plumbing failing later. The exact terms come in writing with the quote: read them before you approve, and ask us anything that’s not clear.

How do I claim the late guarantee?

Tell us, with the date and the window you were given. We take it off the invoice. You don’t have to argue with anybody about it, which is most of the point of having it in writing.
