Who we’re
The Very Good Plumbing Company is a licensed Arizona plumbing contractor serving the East Valley from six locations. License details are available on request.
Prices on this site aren’t quotes
Ranges published here are typical East Valley figures compiled for planning and dated on the page. Your house is not the average house. Your quote is the written number we give you after seeing the job, and that written quote is the only number that binds either of us.
What the written quote covers
The scope described in it. If work begins and we find conditions materially different from what was quoted (something behind a wall, a pipe material other than expected, a previous repair done badly) we stop and give you a revised number to approve before continuing. You’re never billed for a change you didn’t approve first.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty is provided in writing with every quote and covers our labor and installation on the work performed. Equipment carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which we’ll register and hand to you. Neither covers unrelated parts of your plumbing failing later, or damage caused by something other than our work.
Emergencies
If water is actively damaging your house, shut off the supply and call. A web form is not an emergency service and we can’t promise a response time through it.
Your rights, which this page doesn’t limit
Arizona law governs these terms. Nothing here limits any right you have under Arizona consumer protection law, under our bond, under the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' complaint process, or under the Residential Recovery Fund. Those remain available to you regardless of anything written above, and we wouldn’t want it otherwise.
